Hi, I’m Heidi Tambeh. A nutritionist and adult weight management specialist. I work with clients to help them lose weight and improve their lifestyles.
What do I do?
I offer 1:1’s in your own home or you can come to me. This can be on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. I also offer workplaces health checks; health talks and on-site exercise classes bespoke to your organisation’s health and wellbeing programme or just as a team-building event.
I support people to change their lifestyles to lose weight and live a healthier happy day to day life. I do this through habit-breaking, tackling emotional eating, teaching you how to read food packaging and understand what’s in your food. I also offer support with mental health. Improving people’s confidence, introducing the 5 ways to wellbeing and offer ways to handle stress.
